For the Spaghetti Bolognese, first dice the onion and sauté in your pan with a little oil. Then brown the minced meat with salt and pepper.

Leave the lid open so that the evaporating water can escape. Now chop the peppers and tomatoes and add them to the pan.

Drain the canned mushrooms and cut them a little smaller, if necessary. Then add the strained tomatoes and tomato paste and season with oregano.

Let the sauce simmer and add paprika powder. Serve the Bolognese sauce with spaghetti.
