For the snow cookies, beat egg whites with salt until stiff. Add the sugar and continue to beat.
Mix flour with hazelnuts and fold into the egg white mixture. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place baking sheets on top.
Fill a piping bag with a perforated nozzle and pipe a kiss evenly onto each wafer.
Let snow kisses dry for about 40 minutes and then bake at 150 degrees for about 13 minutes.
