Coarsely chop the smoked eel and finely grind with pink peppercorns and juice of one lemon. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Serve with a cucumber salad with dill.
