For the sesame rolls, preheat the oven to 220 °C top and bottom heat. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Put the flour in a bowl, crumble in the yeast and mix.
Add salt, bread spices, caraway seeds, sesame seeds, linseeds and olive oil. Mix with warm water and roughly beat into a dough. Leave to rise in a warm place for about half an hour, then beat the dough again.
Form small buns with a spoon, place on baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Repeat until the dough is ready.
Brush buns with water and bake for 5 minutes. Then turn the heat down to 200 °C and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
