For the sausage noodles, cook spiral noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Chop the onion finely. Finely chop the ham or sausage.
Melt some butter in a pan, sauté the onion briefly, add the ham and sauté briefly.
Add the pasta fresh from the salt water, season with salt, pepper, herb salt and possibly fresh herbs and serve immediately.
