For the salmon with dill sauce, rinse the salmon, dry it and sprinkle with the juice of one lemon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and the dill tips.

Place the salmon slices side by side in a glass dish. Add white wine and diced onion and cook at 850 watts until closed. Remove the fish, place on a platter and cover with aluminum foil.

Pass the gravy through a sieve and add water. Mix in the sauce powder and bring to a boil at 850 watts in 2-3 minutes.

Mix in the whipped cream and the dill tips. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Pour some sauce over the salmon slices and serve the rest separately.
