Instructions:

from the salmon fillet cut each unit 3 times 0.5 cm thick slices and spread out on the surface the remaining salmon chop the basil also chop. Mix well with the finely chopped salmon, the Mascarpone-Gorgonzola and the lemon zest. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread each salmon slice with a tsp of salmon paste, roll it up and place it close to each other in a baking dish. Stir through the cream and Noilly Prat and drizzle over the rolls.

Meanwhile, bake the salmon rolls in the oven heated to 180 °C on the second rack from the bottom for 12 to 15 minutes.

Serve hot or lukewarm.
