For the salmon noodles with oyster mushrooms, start by cutting the salmon into thin strips and fry them in butter together with the diced oyster mushrooms. Then remove the whole thing from the frying pan and set aside.

Then pour milk, whipping cream and white wine into the frying pan. Simmer at low temperature and season with spices of your choice.
