1. hard-boil the eggs in 8-10 min. Meanwhile, cut a flat top from the loaf of bread into small pieces. Using a sharp kitchen knife, scoop out the insides in pieces as large as possible (use for croutons or toasted bread slices, see tip below recipe), leaving a crusty edge about 1 cm wide.

Peel eggs, cut in half lengthwise, scoop out egg yolks and place in a tall, narrow container. Chop egg whites into small pieces, set aside to cool. Chop garlic and add to egg yolk form. Anchovies drain, chop coarsely and with vinegar, mustard, olive oil, safflower oil and 50 ml water to the egg yolk form. Whisk with a hand mixer to a thick vinaigrette. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Chill.

For the lettuce, clean the beans, cut them in half and cook them in salted water for 3-4 minutes. Then rinse and drain well in a colander. Quarter peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and cut diagonally into tender strips. Rinse cucumber well and cut into thin slices. Remove stem from tomatoes, cut tomatoes into wedges. Clean radishes and cut into narrow slices.

Drain tuna well in a colander and pluck into coarse pieces.

Mix cucumber, beans, peppers, tuna, tomatoes, radishes, olives, caper apples and lettuce in a baking bowl and fill into the loaf. Sprinkle with plucked parsley leaves and egg white. Mi
