Try this delicious pasta dish:

Mix flour with salt in a large baking bowl. Leisurely add eggs and coconut milk and stir until lump-free. Stand 5 min. Heat a shallow frying pan, preferably coated, and lightly moisten with oil. Spread some of the batter evenly in a thin layer in the frying pan (the original recipe uses a roti-jala-cup, which spreads the batter in thin threads in the frying pan. So do not form a closed work surface if possible!). When the surface of the dough becomes firm, turn the roti to the other side. Proceed in this way until all the dough is used up. Always make sure there is a tiny bit of oil in the frying pan, the dough likes to soak it up. Bring to the table hot and offer a variety of sauces to go with it.
