Instructions:

Fry the onion, add the diced bread dumplings and fry. Pour the beaten egg over the dumplings and let it set. Mix the arugula salad in a large bowl with balsamic vinegar and oil, salt (about 1/3 teaspoon), pepper and garlic if necessary. Place the salad in a ring on a plate and arrange the roasted dumpling in the middle.
