Try this delicious cake recipe:

(*) For a cake springform pan 26 cm ø For the shortcrust pastry, prepare all the ingredients into a smooth dough and leave to cool for about thirty minutes with the lid closed. Butter the cake springform pan and dust with flour. Roll out the dough to the size of a springform pan, place it on the bottom of the pan and bake in the middle of a 160 °C oven for fifteen to twenty minutes until golden.

Mix well all the ingredients for the glaze, except blackberries, pour on the base and spread the blackberries evenly on top. Bake for another sixty minutes until the glaze has set, remove and cool.
