Try this delicious pasta dish:
Bring lentils to boil with 1/2 liter of water and simmer with lid closed for 35 to 40 min on 1 or automatic cooking zone 3 to 4, season with salt.
In the meantime, peel onions, dice very finely.
Chop garlic. Sauté both with the bay leaf in the butter or light butter on 2 or automatic heat 4 to 5.
Add the whipping cream and cook in an open saucepan for about 1/3. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Let 1/3 of it melt in the sauce, then season with salt and pepper and keep hot.
Cook the pasta in salted water with oil according to the package instructions, drain in a colander and mix with the sauce and lentils. Pluck the basil leaves and stir in, then bring to the table on the spot. Offer the remaining Parmesan separately.
