Instructions:

Soak the lentils in the soaking water for one night. Crumble the lopino. Mix marinade of shoyu and juice of one lemon and pour over. Soak for at least 2 hours.

Cut carrots into sticks and leeks into rings. Chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables over medium heat.

Peel and dice the pears. Add the lentils with the soaking water, the diced pears and the spices to the vegetable form in the cooking pot and make 20 min at medium heat. After 10 min season with sea salt and juice of one lemon.

After 15 min add the marinated lopino and gently fold in. Heat for 5 min, but do not stir.

Salad with yogurt sauce. The lentil dish can also be seasoned with the spicy, slightly sweet dwarf seasoning.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
