For the poppy seed couscous casserole, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Warm the butter slightly and beat with the egg yolks until fluffy.
Add the sugar, poppy seeds, couscous and curd cheese one by one and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and bake the poppy seed-couscous-curd casserole at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
