flavor.
Oil in the casserole large enough to roast all the chicken pieces side by side, get hot over medium heat. Roast garlic, bacon in it until crisp, then set aside. Rub chicken pieces well dry and rub with salt and pepper. Roast over medium heat until golden brown. Pour off excess oil. Sprinkle chicken pieces with rosemary, diced bacon and garlic, add white wine, paradeis pulp and about a quarter of a liter of boiling water, cover and simmer for 20-half hour. Season to taste.
