For the plum jam, wash, pit and quarter the plums. Bring to a boil with the preserving sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.

After a few minutes, blend everything with a hand blender and boil for another 5 minutes until bubbly. Remove from heat, add the slivovitz and immediately fill hot into prepared glasses and seal well.
