Cut Pak-Choi into 2cm long strips, steam in butter.

Chop chives, add after 5 min. and steam. After another 5 min. add wine, garlic and salt. Cook quietly until done (about 5 minutes).

Add cream, let it boil and serve sprinkled with parsley.
