A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!
Washed and dabbed dry plaice sprinkle with salt, turn in flour to the other side and roast in hot butter and hot oil over medium heat each side in about 6 min.
Drain and cut off the canned mushrooms. Also drain the shrimps.
Remove the finished fish from the roasting pan and arrange on a heated platter.
Heat the mushrooms and shrimps in the frying fat for about 5 minutes, as well as the capers.
Spread everything evenly over the plaice and bring to the table on the spot garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
