Instructions:

Drain the pineapple. Fry sugar and butter at high temperature in the fireproof pan until light brown. Deglaze with strained orange juice and cook until clear. Add the pineapple slices. Sway briefly in it. Pour cognac and curacao on top. Ignite, flambé, serve on plates. Briefly swirl strawberries in the roasting liquid. Spread pineapple slices with it. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on each slice. Pour the roast stock over the portions.
