For the pasta with dandelion buds, wash and drain the dandelion buds. Dice the bacon. Peel and finely dice the shallot and garlic. Rinse the chervil, shake dry and chop coarsely. Grate the cheese.
Sauté bacon, shallot and garlic cubes in slightly heated oil until translucent. Add dandelion buds and stir-fry until hot.
Gradually pour in the whipping cream. Saute the buds, stirring, over medium heat for about 5 minutes, cooking the sauce until creamy. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Cook pasta in enough salted water until al dente. Drain and drain. Mix with the dandelion vegetables, chervil and grated cheese and serve the pasta with dandelion buds.
