For the pasta pan, boil the whole wheat pasta in salted water for about 10-15 minutes and drain. In hot vegetable margarine sauté the onion and zucchini slices, cook with very little liquid for about 5-10 minutes and season to taste.

Mix eggs with milk and season very spicy, mix with noodles and zucchini. Heat coconut fat in a frying pan and bake 4 omelets one by one.

Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving
