A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Cut leeks into fine rings and steam for 5 min until soft. Add the peppers cut into fine strips and the sliced zucchini and sauté for another 5 minutes. Douse with the vegetable soup and add the herbs.
Put half of the cooked macaroni in the greased gratin dish. Spread a little more than half of the steamed vegetables evenly over it and sprinkle feta cheese cubes in between. Top with the peeled sliced tomatoes. Cover with remaining pasta. Evenly distribute remaining vegetables on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 15 min.
