Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
Preparation of soup: make a clear soup from a soup chicken, pass the clear soup through a sieve, further process the meat – to make a leaf salad or egg salad. Add fresh vegetables to the clear soup. The amount and type of vegetables depends on what is available, your taste and mood.
Cut the vegetables into fine strips or cubes – a lot of work, but tastes better than thick chunks! After the vegetable cooking time of 30-35 min, add the pasta.
Preparation of the parsley puree: Put all the ingredients in a Moulinette and whisk to a puree. If necessary, use a little more oil. Season with salt and pepper, juice of one lemon and add to the soup. If you want it spicier, add a little more garlic and chili.
