For the tomato salad, scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel. Cut the flesh into larger cubes and remove the seeds.
Peel and seed the cucumber as well, cut into pieces and add to the tomatoes in a bowl.
Pluck the basil leaves and put them in a blender cup, add all the other ingredients and puree with a blender to a creamy sauce.
Mix the salad well and enjoy!
