Chicken legs rinse, dry, season, fry meat well (perhaps in two frying pans):
Remove peel from onions and garlic cloves, chop finely, sauté in frying pan until onions are translucent:
Select long grain rice, add to skillet sprinkle saffron, stir through. Pour in instant broth, stir. Drain tomatoes, add a cup of juice to the long-grain rice form.
Cook peas, beans and fresh beans, drain. Drain mussels and shrimps, add at the end.
Pour the rice mixture evenly into one or two round molds, distribute the ingredients decoratively and evenly on top (beans, drumsticks, tomatoes, shrimps, peas, mussels).
Cook the paella in the heated oven, maybe cover it, bring it to the table in the form.
