For the oven potatoes, peel the potatoes and cut them into not too thin slices.

Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with salt and olive oil and place rosemary sprigs on top.

Roast the potatoes in the oven at 180 °C until they take color, turning them in between.
