Omelet: Separate the egg whites and yolks. The egg whites are beaten with salt to a firm foam. The egg yolks are mixed in with a wooden spoon. Flour is sprinkled on top. Pepper and grated nutmeg are sprinkled on top. In hot oil and covered frying pan fry omelets within 7 minutes.

Chinese cabbage: The onion and the carrot are cleaned and cut into rings. Steam them for 5 min in a little water, add the Chinese cabbage and continue steaming. Last but not least, add the ham cut into strips and heat the whole thing repeatedly.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
