For the Obatzda pretzel skewers, first peel and finely chop the onions. Wash, clean and halve the radishes. Finely chop the chives.
Mix butter and camembert. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Cut the pretzel sticks diagonally into thin slices (about 1-1/2 cm thick). Spread thickly with Obatzda. Sprinkle with chives.
On a wooden skewer, first skewer a radish half, then 2 slices of pretzel sticks (so that the Obatzda sides face each other), and finally skewer another radish half.
Serve the Obatzda pretzel skewers.
