For the party pretzel, prepare a smooth yeast dough the night before from flour, salt, olive oil, yeast and water and let it rise in the refrigerator overnight. Shape the pretzel, sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds and cheese and let rise on the baking tray until doubled in volume.

Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with water, cover with a cloth and let cool. Cut in half, spread with vegetable mayonnaise and top the party pretzel, as desired, with lettuce, sausage or fish, cheese, eggs and vegetables.
