Instructions:

Make 250 g long grain rice before, ready to eat. 4 eggs previously dry fried as egg dish, set aside. Put 1.5 tbsp. butter or 1.5 tbsp. olive oil in a large frying pan, then add all the spices: 1 tomato (cut into small cubes), 3 cloves garlic (chopped), red onion (chopped). Add all spices: 1 tomato (cut into small cubes), 3 cloves garlic (chopped), 1 red onion (chopped), 3 tbsp Kecap Manis, 1/2 tsp pepper, 2 tsp salt and Sambal Ölek (Hot 3 tsp, Light 1 tsp) and fry. Add 500 gr. meat cut into small pieces (e.g. turkey, frankfurter, chicken, ham etc.) and fry. Add the ready long grain rice and fry.

Add the ready scrambled eggs and fry them repeatedly.

Kropuk (crab chips) to eat with it.

Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
