Boil the potatoes with the skin until soft. Cool, peel and grate. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the capers. Cut the bread into cubes and soak in the milk. Then squeeze well and strain. Cut the leftover meat into small cubes. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
