Instructions:

For the meat pancake, peel onion, chop finely and fry in heated butter until translucent. Add minced meat and stir-fry for 10 minutes.

Wash and finely chop the parsley. Mix eggs, flour and milk well. Stir in parsley, season with salt and pepper, pour over mince and bake well.

Tear meat pancake with two forks, grate cheese over it and serve hot.
