Lime Blossom Shrub

For the lime blossom shrub, first cut the lemons into rough pieces.

Pour all ingredients into a glass flask or large earthenware pot. Place in the sun for about 10 days. Shake every day.

Strain and pour into bottles. Cork or otherwise seal them tightly. Let the lime blossom shrub stand for 3 days before use.
