Larded Roast Pork with Vegetables

Briefly rinse the roast under cold water and dry. Cut the bacon into thin strips and lard the meat with them. Then rub all over with salt and pepper and the mustard.

Put the butter in the browning dish form and heat at 100% power for 1-2 min.

Pour in the roast and roast at 75% power for 30-35 min, repeatedly turning to the other side in between.

In the meantime, fill the cleaned vegetables with a little water in a microwave dish, season with salt and pepper and cook at full power in the closed dish for 10-12 min. until cooked.

Put the butter in a microwave dish form and heat. Sauté the peeled, diced onion in it. Then pour the sauce mixed with the whipped cream. Cook at 100% power for 1-2 minutes.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper and refine with red wine.
