Rinse the fruits well and prick them in several places so that they do not burst. Prepare water and sugar for 5 minutes and then cool. Put the fruits in the syrup, bring to a boil and cook quietly for an hour on low heat. Next, cool in the saucepan with the lid closed so they don’t shrivel.
Layer them cold in glasses and pour the syrup over them. Goes well with chocolate mousse.
