Instructions:

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Mix all ingredients well, strain through a sieve and rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Spread the quantity on a baking sheet lightly coated with oil and dusted with flour in a very thin layer and bake in a heated oven at 180 °C for about 3 minutes. Cut into 10 x 8 cm rectangles and continue baking until golden.

Remove from the baking tray one by one with a pallet, turn while hot over a log (diameter 2, 5 cm) and press the end firmly. Slide off the wood, cool and coat with tempered dunk (chocolate).

Put the whipped cream with granulated sugar into a pastry bag and fill the rolls with it.
