For the homemade herb butter bread use soft butter. Put the butter in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Squeeze a clove of garlic, wash fresh herbs from the garden such as chives, parsley and basil, chop finely and add to the butter.
Season with a little salt and pepper and mix everything well with a blender. Spread the butter on the toast slices and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
