For the ham pockets, peel onion and dice with ham. Finely chop the peanuts, add the curd cheese and paprika powder and mix everything together.
Defrost the puff pastry according to instructions and roll out thinly. Cut out circles with the help of a cup or a glass.
Place some of the ham filling in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over each other to form crescent-shaped pockets and press firmly together at the edges.
Preheat oven to 240 °C. Whisk yolk with milk and brush pockets with it. Rinse baking tray with cold water, place pockets on it and bake for 20 minutes.
The ham pockets can be served warm or cold!
