First, in a suitable (not too big) pan, melt the butter, but do not let it get too brown. Add the bacon and let it fry.
After frying for a total of about 4-5 minutes, it’s now time for the egg! Crack the egg and gently slide it into the pan. Fry briefly over high heat, then reduce the heat and fry the eggs until the egg yolks are nicely set but still creamy.
Use a spatula to gently loosen the finished Ham and Eggs from the pan all around. Holding the pan at an angle, slide the eggs onto a plate. Now season with salt and pepper first! (Raw seasoned eggs get unsightly white spots from the salt).
Sprinkle with additional paprika powder and chopped spring onion greens as desired.
