Sprinkle fish fillet with half of the lime juice, let rest for 10 min. Brush with herb oil, season with salt, pepper and grill for approx.

grill for 8-10 min. Mix crème fraîche with whipped cream, remaining lime juice and mustard until smooth. Press garlic clove through a press and fold in together with the diced peppers. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the fillets.

Serve with mixed salads and baguette.
