For the granola, preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Roughly chop the mixed nuts and mix with the remaining seeds and sesame seeds. Mix the honey with cinnamon powder, pinch of salt and the vanilla extract.

Beat the egg whites until foamy, but not quite stiff. Then mix with the grains and nuts mixture. Then mix in the honey-cinnamon vanilla mixture.

Then pour onto the baking sheet and spread well. Put the baking tray into the preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes. Halfway through the baking time, please mix well once.

After about 20 minutes, remove the baking tray from the oven and let the granola cool down very well.
