Instructions:

For the gingerbread mix well flour with baking soda and powdered sugar. Warm honey with butter and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Knead everything well and let it rest in a warm place. Roll out to 3-4 millimeters and cut out figures.

Brush with egg white and bake the gingerbread at 175°C for about 8 minutes.
