First cook the pork in vegetable broth.
Then, for the mince, mince (chop) the pork cooked in vegetable broth (neck or skull meat, belly), season with salt and pepper and add marjoram, parsley and other herbs as desired.
Roll out the potato dough, cut out approx. 10 cm squares and fill with the mince mixture and form into dumplings.
Steep the dumplings in hot salted water for about 15 minutes.
Arrange the dumplings as desired and serve.
