For the fried eggs, heat a non-stick pan, add water. Crack the eggs and carefully slide them side by side into the pan.

Fry over high heat, then reduce the heat and fry the eggs until the yolks are nicely set but still creamy.

Flip over if necessary and fry on the other side as well. Season with homemade herb salt.
