For the fish in white cabbage, marinate the cabbage cut into noodles in salt for 1 hour. Then steam in hot fat with caraway seeds until semi-soft.
If necessary, add a little beef broth. Bone the fish. Place in layers in a pot with the fish, sliced, skinned tomatoes, peppers and cheese.
