Instructions:

For the figs with Gorgonzola, wash the figs, cut them in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the figs with lemon juice and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

Slice the Gorgonzola and spread it on the figs. Preheat the oven grill to 200°.

Place the figs with gorgonzola under the grill for approx. 2 – 3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
