Instructions:

For the falafel balls, peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and finely chop the leek.

Press the garlic clove and mix with the chickpea and bean puree, chop the cilantro and stir in together with the leek.

Mix the mixture with water until a smooth cream is formed. Season with the falafel seasoning.

Form walnut-sized balls with an ice cream scoop or moistened hands and fry in hot oil until crispy.
