A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Brush the sheets of strudel dough with the beaten egg. In the middle put the cabbage, marjoram and onion form, blood sausage and liver sausage in layers. Wrap the strudel sheet like a package and form in a coated frying pan without adding fat. Bake the strudel at approx. 180 C for approx. 15 min.
