For the dandelion soup, fry the bacon with the onions until translucent and infuse. Add the diced potatoes and the chopped dandelion.

Let simmer, add processed cheese and puree everything. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Burgl’s and mustkatnut.

Serve the dandelion soup with garlic croutons.
